Helping you understand yourself and how past events and experiences may be responsible for your current actions and behaviour can help you see things in a new way and provides an opportunity for change.
I use a range of different techniques to empower you to make the changes you hope for. This enables me to work on a very personal and individual basis with each client.
It's important you feel safe and comfortable to discuss sensitive issues and experiences, even if they seem frightening or embarrassing.
I offer on-line sessions either by telephone or Zoom, and since COVID restrictions have been lifted have returned to face-to-face work with clients
I'm an Anxiety UK registered therapist and have worked with many different conditions such as General Anxiety Disorder, Chronic Depression, Grief, Thoughts of and Suicide, Self Harm, Drug Addiction, Trauma and Border-line Personality Disorder & Relationship issues.
