I offer face-to-face consultations, but if you prefer I also provide sessions via telephone or Zoom.
With experience having worked at MIND and as an Anxiety UK registered therapist, I have extensive expertise in treating various conditions. These include chronic and general anxiety, depression, grief, suicidal ideation, self-harm, drug addiction, trauma, borderline personality disorder, and relationship issues.
