A: Counselling sessions can help with a whole range of issues. It can help you gain clarity on your behaviour and change old patterns, untangle complex personal issues or deal with troubling emotions
A: There is no typical counselling session. I'm highly trained in listening and reflecting, and provide a safe environment in which to explore your issues. You are free to discuss whatever you wish, from everyday events, dilemmas, feelings and thoughts, to regrets, aspirations, memories and dreams.
A: Everyone is different but I believe going to therapy with as little expectations as possible is best. Which is easier said than done. It will take time, but you can expect to slowly understand and make more sense of yourself, relationships, your past and your future.
Perhaps you feel your partner is 'gas-lighting' you and constantly putting doubts in your mind which is affecting your self-esteem and sense of worth. Or perhaps you recognise yourself going from one abusive relationship to another.
I offer a safe, confidential place where you talk freely about your feelings.
