Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life. Some people however, find it hard to control their worries and feelings of anxiety, which are more constant and can often affect their daily lives.
Living in a constant state of worry can be paralysing preventing us from functioning at work and in our personal life. Many factors can increase the likelihood of experiencing symptoms of anxiety, particularly in today's environment i.e. social media, constant negative news stories, toxic people and constant stress.
All of these things can contribute to increased worry, fear and altered moods.
